We may collect contact details, service-request information, communication preferences, messages you send, IP addresses, browser or device information, security logs, and timestamps.
SMS information
If you submit the separate SMS consent form or exchange texts with us, the messaging system records the mobile number, name, selected category, which SMS program each consent applies to, the exact consent disclosure and version shown for that program, policy versions, source URL, timestamp, hashed IP address, user agent, consent status, and opt-out history. Customer-care consent and marketing consent are recorded as separate entries.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and fulfill service requests.
- Schedule services and provide customer support.
- Send customer-care text messages after affirmative customer-care consent.
- Send marketing and promotional text messages only after separate affirmative marketing consent.
- Maintain consent evidence and suppression records for each program.

Essential cookies may support security and form processing. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We use hosting, security, email, and form-delivery providers to operate this website. FormSubmit processes ordinary contact and service-request submissions for email delivery; SMS consent and opt-out records are not submitted through FormSubmit. A configured messaging provider may process customer-care messaging data. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and safety.
6. SMS consent and choices
Marketing SMS consent is collected separately from customer-care consent and is never bundled with customer-care communications. The SMS consent form presents two independent checkboxes, both unchecked by default. Checking the customer-care box never enrolls you in marketing messages, and checking the marketing box never enrolls you in customer-care messages. You may join either program, both, or neither, and neither consent is a condition of purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or license mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of both programs or HELP for help. The online opt-out form also lets you stop customer-care messages only, marketing messages only, or both. Consent and suppression records are stored individually for each program to demonstrate and honor communication choices.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, contractual and legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and suppression enforcement. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions, by emailing hr@guiellermotaysllc.com. You can separately withdraw SMS consent using STOP.
9. Children's privacy
The website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
